Here’s five questions to sort it out…
🔧 What is your website for?
A website can do many things: introduce your services, raise your profile, build trust, educate customers, make sales, show your expertise - make sure your website content is focused on what YOU want to achieve.
🧍♂️Who is your ideal customer?
Imagine that single person who shares your values, is interested in your product and will appreciate the benefits you can give them. Write your website to talk directly to them.
💥 What problems do your customers face that you can solve?
List the obstacles your customers face and how your business solves these better than anyone else.
🕙 What do customers need to understand about your business in the first 10 seconds?
Keep it simple (the previous questions should help with this!) and make sure it’s in the first section of your homepage.
📞 What do you want visitors to your website to do next?
It could be to buy your product, sign up for more information or to contact you directly by phone on email. Make sure your website tells customers how to take action.
Get your website right, and it will do a lot of hard work for you!
