How to use email to keep your customers coming back

You know who's most likely to be your next customer?... One of your existing customers!


So how are you keeping those existing customers engaged?

- Most people don’t like that and will quickly unsubscribe.



✔ Instead, focus on offering them something of value that DEMONSTRATES your USPs – think advice, tips, offers, answers to FAQs



✔ Keep every email short and super focused, with just one clear message and a strong call to action.
