How to use email to keep your customers coming back

You know who's most likely to be your next customer?... One of your existing customers!


So how are you keeping those existing customers engaged?



⭐ Loyal customers are not only good for business because they keep returning.


⭐⭐ They can also be amazing advocates for your business, recommending you to their network of friends and family.



BUT

You’re only going to get that recommendation if you keep reminding those loyal customers:

If you pop up in your customer’s email inbox once a week, once a fortnight or once a month (whatever you feel comfortable with), you’ll always be top of their mind when they need your service OR someone asks them for a recommendation.



To make this work best:


❌ DON’T use this valuable email contact to SELL to customers.


- Most people don’t like that and will quickly unsubscribe.



✔ Instead, focus on offering them something of value that DEMONSTRATES your USPs – think advice, tips, offers, answers to FAQs



✔ Keep every email short and super focused, with just one clear message and a strong call to action.
